My brother is a resident at Eliza Jennings Health Campus on Detroit Avenue. We have had many hurdles in the past year and I am writing you to let you know how much I appreciate the staff and caregivers at your facility. He recently received approval for long-term care. I am so thankful for the excellent care by the nurses and nurse assistants on my brother’s floor. They have made him feel like this is his home and for this I am forever grateful.

We did a thorough analysis and research of 10-12 Independent Living facilities before picking the Renaissance. It was obvious to us that the campus, food and atmosphere was outstanding. Our first night after the move, we looked at each other and said, “this is home.” We have never regretted our choice.

I chose the Renaissance after visiting several retirement communities. The beauty of the quiet campus, having an attached garage, the friendly nature of all the residents, excellent food with many options, helpful staff, and a variety of activities, is what I appreciate most about my life at the Renaissance.

We chose the Renaissance because of its proximity to our hometown of 50 years. Being so close allows us to attend the same church, keep our doctors, continue our volunteer activities, and keep in touch with the community. We are fortunate to have all this while enjoying the benefits of Renaissance living. Hence, we have the best of both worlds.

I enjoy my life at the Renaissance due to the many new friends I have met, the magnificent dinners every day, great entertainment, and a wonderful staff who are caring and helpful. Overall, the Renaissance is a safe and comfortable place to live.
