Eliza Jennings launched its memory support services for older adults diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and other symptoms of dementia in 1989. We have since become recognized for being in the forefront among aging service organizations in providing dementia care and particularly for the development of programs that educate employees on how to work with residents with dementia and their family members. Eliza Jennings’ memory support programs are founded on respect for each resident as an individual with his or her own lifestyle, values and personal history.
